Database Manager on June 10th, 2010:
Updated through on-line information from David Poile. -- St. Casimir Catholic Church was sold by July 2009 to the Greater Generations Tabernacle of Hyde Park. At this time it is not known what occurred with the organ.

Database Manager on April 30th, 2008:
From Dick Pelland, via Laurence Libin: Church is closing, and the organ may be lost.

Database Manager on January 1st, 2008:
Updated through online information from Joseph Piche. -- I was the person who worked with the pastor in acquiring this organ from Mr. Yaffee who bought the old Brockton Theater. The instrument was in remarkable condition except for the winded console. A new console was purchased and I helped the Frazee Co. move and install the organ. It came complete with all kinds of theater gadgets which were not used. Due to budget restrictions, few total [ED: tonal?] changes were allowed.

Database Manager on August 25th, 2005:
The original builder was Hook & Hastings. Op. 2461, 1923.

Database Manager on August 25th, 2005:
On-line update from Eric Anderson -- This organ was relocateed to St. Casimir Church in Brockton by Frazee in the 1960s with minor tonal changes. Organ was restored by Richard Pelland in 1995, and returned to its original specification. Chests were converted to direct electic action. Organ is playing and in fine condition. Thought to be last playing Hook and Hastings theatre organ.
