Paul R. Marchesano on August 15th, 2024:

from church History web page:
In 1922 the congregation replaced the reed organ in the church with a pipe organ for a cost of $5,700.

In 1964, Salem began a building project to add an educational wing to the east end of the church. This addition would include school rooms, pastor and secretary offices, an altar guild room, sacristy, bathrooms, and storage rooms. At the same time, the pipe organ was rebuilt, the chancel area was remodeled, the church balcony was extended, and new pews and carpet were installed throughout the church.

The pipe organ was also rebuilt and additional registers were added in 2003.
