Updated through online information from Alex Swanson [July 22, 2026]: The church first started a pipe organ fund in 1946. After the organ was purchased in 1950, Lloyd Nelson was organist for many years. L. Mercedes Roos, a local figurehead in the Red River Valley Chapter of the American Guild of Organists was also organist at Eksjo for many years. The organ was expanded around 1993 to 12 ranks and a new relay was added by Lance E. Johnson. In 2022, a new relay was added in the instrument was rebuilt by Moe Pipe Organ Company of Wadena, MN. The size remains at 2/12.
