Database Manager on February 21st, 2016:
Updated through online information from David Poile. <br>The website of Flentrop Orgelbouw mentions this organ as being built in 1960, but an earlier publication of theirs states that the organ is from 1962. [Also, this organ has nine stops and ten ranks, not the other way around.]

Database Manager on January 3rd, 2006:
The original builder was Dirk Flentrop (Opus 568, 1962).

Database Manager on January 3rd, 2006:
Originally in the Ortels' New York home, the organ was moved in 1991 to their home in Stockbridge, then given to Yale University and installed here by Czelusniak & Dugal in 2002.
