Around 1942 the Skinner organ was repaired at a cost of nearly $IO,ooo by Aeolian-Skinner, a project that included moving the console to the center of the rear of the auditorium, below the balcony (opus 696-A). -- *2007 OHS Atlas*

This contract/opus number covered relocation of the console.</i>
