Information from https://pipeorgandatabase.org/organ/23523
The house is not a residence anymore, but is used as a event center. The original player mechanism is functional, but to save wear and tear on the player rolls, a computer is integrated with the organ and the digitized rolls may be played by the computer. The Tiba Clausa added circa 1932 seems to have been taken out.
