Originally installed at the Alton Lombard Miller residence, Brookline, Massachusetts, in 1934; relocated by the Frazee Organ Co. in 1947 to Calvary Episcopal Church, Columbia, Missouri.

The current record says the status of the organ is unknown. The organ has been and remains in regular use for Sunday worship services for decades.
