This instrument is: Extant and Playable in this location
Church website and history lists the number of pipes in the chancel organ as 1480. Was made playable from the gallery with the installation of the Turner gallery console in 1993. The new Turner console allowing the chancel organ to play the gallery was installed in early 1994.
