Database Manager on January 31st, 2007:
Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This is the Central Christian congregation. Their 1903 old church at 3rd & Stevens was purchased by Union Oil Co. in 1969 for $163,500.00. While the new church was being built, they met at the Moran Grange Hall. The Balcom and Vaughan was installed in the new edifice, and made use of some of the former Möller ranks. The organ was dedicated November 14, 1971 at 4:00 p.m. by Robert Kee, F.A.G.O. The name was changed from Central Christian to Covenant Christian in 1993. The congregation dwindled and closed in 2006. The Balcom and Vaughan was sold to Trinity Episcopal in Everett, Washington, where it is to be reinstalled by Frans W.M. Bosman.
