Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ was a gift of Col. A.G. Patton - who also spared no expense in protecting the organ. He had railroad iron installed for joists; and also had a second-hand boiler dismantled, straightened into sheets, and with fire brick and fire clay - built a fire wall around the organ chamber which survives today.
