Additions to Opus 995 (1939); moved to Aeolian Hall studio of Gordon D. Jeffrey, London, Ontario in 1945; additions in 1947; relocated to Duke University, Durham, North Carolina; later relocated to Harold Andrews, Greensboro, North Carolina; extant.
