Buildings sold 2006 and organ purchased by Bond Pipe Organs; organ renovated and installed in 2007 at First Baptist Church, Seattle, Washington; the console was upgraded to solid-state combination action.

Updated through online information from Joe O'Donnell. -- The organ has been relocated and is no longer in storage

Database Manager on May 2nd, 2007:
Identified through online information from Jonathan Young. -- Echo division of 1 stop added by Byard Fritts sometime around 1970, situated on side wall in sanctuary behind screen and playable from Choir; otherwise instrument was intact and unaltered until removal to storage
