Identified through online information from James R. Stettner. -- This was the reinstallation of the 1914 Kimball from the Colonial Theatre in Seattle. It was acquired by Swedish Tabernacle (later, First Covenenant) for $5,000.00. The original divisions were named: Grand (Great), Expression (Swell), Orchestral (Choir), Echo, and Pedal. The facade was nine-sectional containing 97 pipes arranged: 13-5-13-5-25-5-13-5-13 in which the 5s were small towers dividing large flats. The organ was electrified by Balcom and Vaughan in the 1940s with additions, and was rebuilt twice after that. By the time of the last rebuild, very little of the original Kimball remained.
