Database Manager on May 11th, 2009:

Updated through online information from David Ritch. -- Organ originally built by the H. & W. Pilcher Organ Co. in 1858; several revisions and relocations followed. In 1991 it was brought to St. John's from the Dominican Renewal Center in Riverton, Illinois via the Organ Clearing House and rebuilt by the Knowlton Organ Company. At that time, one stop was added, the mechanical action components were restored and the case was shortened.
