Updated by William Smiley, who has heard or played the organ.
Updated through online information from Paul Marchesano.
Updated through online information from James R. Stettner. -- The organ cost $5,000.00 plus the old organ in trade. The organ employed Schuelke's patented membrane chest. The original reservoir was winded by three feeders pumped by an electric motor. This was later replaced with a blower. The façade pipes are handsomely stenciled.
The builder did not use opus numbers to identify his work, but the catalog number S-158 was assigned to this instrument by Elizabeth Towne Schmitt and may be used for reference.
