Paul R. Marchesano on November 3rd, 2022:

A single rank of stopped wood pipes completes the Swell compass on an unenclosed 17-note ventil chest. All other ranks are full compass unless otherwise indicated. Most of the original stlpknob faces are missing; many have been replaced by incorrect labels. The above specification is the correct original one, as far as is known. There has been one unfortunate tonal change in the Swell; the Hautboy has been replaced by an Estey Octave which not only renders the tonal design redundant but gulps wind as well. The church is planning a renovation. -- 1963 OHS Handbook

Database Manager on August 21st, 2008:

Updated through on-line information from Michael Smith. -- The plain text stop list refers to two combination pedals which are not, or no longer present (2008). Two openings in the stop jambs which presumably once held drawknobs have been filled with wood plugs; the original function of these hypothetical drawknobs is unknown.
