Agreement date October 10, 1934. The memorandum of agreement was signed for $1475, $350 cash down payment with $50 monthly payments at 6% interest. Console to be "detached with roll top cover." See DOCUMENTS tab for contract and specifications.

The contract was with Frank Wyckhoff Funeral Chapel, not his private residence as previously listed (although it is unknown if the funeral hom ewas also his residence).
