Updated through information from Chad Boorsma: The organ was dedicated during the morning worship service on September 14, 1947. The Great and Pedal divisions were placed in the chamber to the right of the chancel, and the Swell and Choir divisions were placed in two separate chambers to the left of the chancel. The organ was designed by Henry Beard, Midwest representative at M. P. Möller, who gave a dedicatory concert on September 19, 1947. It was enlarged by Möller in 1972 and then rebuilt and relocated to the church's new sanctuary in 2001.
