Updated through information received via e-mail from Gerry Shamdosky: -- "In the sixties, Martin Boehling made some tonal changes, which included the Cymbal in the Choir." This statement appears immediately after the attribution of new drawknobs to Jim Konzelman, and before the statement that "this was what [we] had to work with in the seventies."

Updated through information posted to PIPORG-L by Stephen Rumpf January 8, 2009: -- It was been rebuilt at least twice. Most of the original work is still there except the Vox Humana which was replaced with a Cymbal II in the 1960s!! It is a glorious sound in a very large resonant room. It was originally totally enclosed within swell boxes.
