Database Manager on October 30th, 2004:

Originally 42st; cost $5200; 2132 pipes. [Contracts for St. Michael's, Corpus Christi, and SS Peter & Paul were awarded within 10 days of each other, with a commission of $300 allowed as a commission to Father Sinclair.]
[Editor's note: Paul Law points out an error in this note -- the organ never had 42 stops. This figure is no doubt from an earlier report that, like many such descriptions in the past, included couplers, composition pedals, and even the bench in the count.]
