Updated through online information from John Igoe. -- The Milnar Organ Compnay of Eagleville, TN, updated the control system in 1992. (The American Organist, Nov 2015, p36).
Relay still original; re-leathered great main chest in 2015 (Milnar Organ Company).
This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ.
Updated by John Richards, based on personal knowledge of the organ.
--
Identified through information published in John Ferguson's Walter Holtkamp: American Organ Builder (DMA treatise, Eastman School of Music, 1976). Although neither Votteler-Holtkamp-Sparling nor their successor Holtkamp Organ Co. assigned Opus numbers to their instruments, this organ was identified in factory documents as Job number 1723. That number appears here as the Opus number of this instrument.
