Database Manager on September 19th, 2005:

On-line update from Barry Bierwirth -- There is no pipe organ left in this church. About 10 years ago they bought their second electronic organ. There is an alcove in the side of the sanctuary where the old organ stood.

Database Manager on October 30th, 2004:

This entry represents the installation of a new organ. From the 'History' page of the church website, "By 1924, it was evident that the church building needed to be enlarged to accommodate both the congregation and the Sunday School. The sanctuary was extended to the south, and the second story was arranged to give space for the Sunday School. The pulpit was lowered and placed on the east side of the sanctuary, the pews were reset to run north and south, and a pipe organ was installed. The dedication of these renovations was on the first Sunday in November, 1924, the fiftieth anniversary of the church."
