Updated through online information from Richard C Greene. -- The church moved to a new building. The Wirsching was removed from chambers and moved into the new gallery. Moe is rebuilding the organ including placing it in a new case.
Identified through on-line information from Allen Moe. -- Organ is VERY substantially altered from original state. A multi-phased repair/restoration project has begun. More effort is being put into repairing than actual restoration as the organ is so altered from its original form. Currently, the organ is basically "naked" in the gallery with no casework. It was originally in chambers before being moved to the new building. Currently, the electrical system has been updated to solid-state. Next phase is a new case to cover an organ that should never have been exposed in the first place. Future phases include revoicing, pipes repair, wind system etc.
