Identified through on-line information from Stephen Hall. -- New organ by Daniel Lemieux using several ranks of recovered pipes from the church's previous E.M. Skinner, Opus 302 (installed in 1920). New organ (8 unified ranks) is in the rear gallery and can play from its own console there, or from the console of the 1961 Casavant (Opus 2927) located in the chancel. Organ given in memory of George and Laura Pierce by the Pierce family. Actor David Hyde Pierce played two pieces on the new organ as part of the dedication service and recital. Farrell Goehring is organist and director of music. (Information from on-line article in "Times Union" (Albany, NY) dated Oct 12, 2009.)
