Database Manager on November 27th, 2010:
Updated through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- A recent letter with photos from Grace Lutheran in Visalia revealed from their archives that the organ was installed by the original builder himself. It was at this time that the two side flats with pipes 1 - 8 of the Great 8 ft. Open Diapason were eliminated and the pipes put on conveyed wind inside the chamber.

Database Manager on December 9th, 2009:
Identified through on-line information from James R. Stettner. -- This was the moving and reinstallation of the ca. 1890 Whalley & Genung organ from its original home at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Oakland, California to this location. It is not presently known if any tonal changes were made at the time of this move. Ca. 1978, the organ was relocated through the Organ Clearing House to Washington State where it was rebuilt by Glenn D. White dba Olympic Organ Builders, and subsequently installed at Resurrection Lutheran in Des Moines, Washington.
