Jeff Scofield on June 9th, 2023:

Central Presbyterian Church, located in Vancouver’s West End consists of a 22-storey residential tower placed atop a podium housing a CPC sanctuary, community spaces and a commercial retail unit. Three floors consisting of 45 units of non-market rental housing for seniors occupy the floors above the church, while the top 15 floors of the tower contain 168 market rental units. The redevelopment has provided the local community with an infusion of much needed rental spaces and was designed to meet LEED Gold Certification.
