Jeff Scofield on October 30th, 2020:
This contract was for the rebuilding of the existing organ with no tonal work done. It was lumped together under Op. 2560-A with the 1947 gallery console and 1959 transept organ.

Database Manager on January 10th, 2011:
Updated through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- Casavant installed a new console in 1947 as Op. 1893 for the existing 1905 3/49 Jesse Woodberry gallery organ; in 1960, Casavant added a new 3-division Chancel organ as Op. 2560A - it was located in the right transept; the 1947 Casavant console was relocated from the gallery to the transept at that time; in the 1970's, the gallery organ was reconditioned by various parties, including Arthur Birchall and Nelson Barden, and tonal changes were made; a large new 3-manual Turner console was installed in 1999, at which time many Walker digital stops were added; the organ now contains 107 pipe and digital ranks.
