Ths entry represents the installation of a new organ. Identified from an Organ Literature Foundation pamphlet: Historic American Organ Builders. Builder and date as given above. Ed Boadway Hinners Opus List gives date as 1908. If correct, then it is a Hinners, not a Hinners & Albertsen.
