Identified through on-line information from Jeff Scofield. -- Originally installed in St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Dalton, Georgia, in 1966; replaced in 1988 by Holtkamp Job No. 2014 and moved to Christ Episcopal Church, Chattanooga, Tennessee; replaced there in 1996 by Richards, Fowkes, Op. 6 and moved to St. Alban's.
