Jim Stettner on June 18th, 2025:

Updated through online information from Michael Montgomery (June 18, 2025): The building is no longer a church, but the Urban Alliance of Kalamazoo. The organ is still in place.

Jim Stettner on June 7th, 2021:

The church sold and the new owners do not want the organ. An inquiry from a Joseph Brown to the OHS Database on June 5, 2021 asked, "Any thoughts on interest in the organ at the Stockbridge United Methodist Church in Kalamazoo. We bought the building and are removing it."

Database Manager on July 18th, 2018:

Congregation held its last service on January 31, 2016. It appears the building is for sale (according to real estate websites).

Database Manager on July 9th, 2011:

The plaque on the console indicates that the organ was dedicated in 1986, but then rebuilt and completed in 1992. The instrument is in memory of Gar and Gertrude Mulder. The Pedal division is completely comprised of borrows and has no independent registers of its own.
