Database Manager on October 4th, 2011:

Identified through online information from Jeff Scofield. -- Originally installed at Central Baptist Church, Halifax, NS, in 1945; the church closed in 1985 and the organ was sold to Dr. William Lewis of Cow Bay; in 1993, he donated the organ to Rockingham United Church, Halifax, where it was installed in March 1994; Casavant contracted in 1993 (via Kingsway Organ Co., Ltd, Porters Lake, NS) for a Twelfth and Fifteenth for the Great and a III Mixture for the Swell; in 2000, Casavant contracted with the church for the addition of a 61-pipe Trumpet 8'.
