Database Manager on March 6th, 2012:
The organ was removed in 1950 from St. Vitus Catholic Church, East Cleveland, Ohio, by Warren Miller, who moved it twice and sold it in 1961 to Thomas W. Irish, who moved it 3 times. In 1978, it was sold to Episcopal mission in Axtel, Ohio. The organ was then sold to Darrell Bailey of Chatham Hall, Chatham, Virginia. It was given to Watson Memorial on condition it be properly restored. The organ was restored by Mann & Trupiano in 1983 and dedicated on October 27, 1985, by John Ogasapian. It was removed for storage in 1996, then placed, on loan, in the Science Museum of Virigina, Richmond, Virigina. It was installed at Redeemer Lutheran Church, Richmond, Virginia in 1997 and then removed at unknown year. It is not clear who installed the organ at this location.
