Updated through information adapted from E. M. Skinner/Aeolian-Skinner Opus List, by Sand Lawn and Allen Kinzey (Organ Historical Society, 1997), and included here through the kind permission of Sand Lawn:
Replaced four manual 1906 Hook & Hastings, #2107 with existing case revised; installation competed in 1952; combination action replaced with solidstate; tonally altered by J.H. Steinkampf, Jr. and Jason McKown in 1979.
Updated through on-line information from Leonardo A. Ciampa. -- Though the largest organ Aeolian-Skinner ever built, it never had five manuals, only four. There are eight divisions: Great, Hauptwerk, Swell, Choir, Positiv, Bombarde, Solo, and Pedal.
Status Note: There 1976.
Lawrence I Phelps, tonal advisor, consultant. Tonal revisions and enlargement.
