Jim Stettner on February 20th, 2024:

Updated through online information from Michael Hayes: I returned home to FUMC of Okeechobee to play a funeral. The organ has not had routine maintenance or tuning since 2020. It's sad to see the organ I started organ lessons on in 1979 and was instrumental in the expansion of, being neglected.

Database Manager on February 18th, 2013:

Identified through online information from R. Joseph Wiessinger. -- The organ was rebuilt with a new stop key console, new chests for additional new pipework, new Matters solid state switching for both console and chamber and connected via fiber optic cable.
All existing ranks of organ were reused and 8 new ranks were installed along with new chest to play new ranks. Organ Chamber was enlarged to hold new pipework and new flamed copper dummy facade pipes were installed in place of existing painted dummy pipes. All work was done by R. Joseph Wiessinger, Florida representative for the Reuter Organ Company from 1976-1995.
