Database Manager on August 8th, 2014:

Updated through online information from Rodney J. Weed. -- Original organ as installed at 1st & Marr location was approximately 26 Ranks and with extensions and had 1692 pipes. In 2008 the organ was sent back to Wicks to have the console refinished and rebuilt with new keyboards and stop mechanisms installed. Another rank of pipes were added for a Geigen Principal to be visible as facade pipes. At this same time ten digital voices supplied by Walker Technologies were added. This brought the organ up to approximately 34 ranks plus electronic sounds. The installation of all the components was sub-contracted to Fabry Organs, Inc. of Antioch, IL. The total cost of the project was approximately $198,000.00. There have been no alterations to the organ since it was installed in 2008 in the new church at 1600 S. Main Street.
