This instrument is: Extant and Playable in this location

Database Manager on December 2nd, 2019:
Playable from a Three Manual and Pedal Keyboard Console, and with Duo-Art Records from a Concertola Cabinet permitting the playing of a program of ten selections. The organ was dedicated on October 4, 1931, with a program given by Dr. Alexander Russell, director of music at Princeton University. Russell performed works by Bach, Franck, Martini and others to illustrate the orchestral colors of the organ.

This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by Steven E. Lawson, using information found in Factory Specification. -- Chests and pipes of the Great Organ from Op. 1779 (1930) in the Barbizon-Plaza Hotel, NYC, were used in the Great of Op. 1793.
