Database Manager on August 21st, 2013:
In 1974, the organ was extensively rebuilt by Swem Pipe Organ Company. The work included all new windchests, a new Klann console, and tonal changes and additions.

Database Manager on August 15th, 2013:
This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by Chad Boorsma, using information found in church anniversary books. The original cost of the organ was $2,500. It had 73-note manual chests, a 42-note Pedal chest, and an electric blower. The organ was improved and repaired, including a detached console, in 1948 for the cost of $3,500. The facade pipes may have been painted white at this time. In 1962, the sanctuary was extensively remodeled with the pews all facing north. The organ remained in the same location (now on the side of the sanctuary), but the pipes were covered with grillework.
