Database Manager on September 3rd, 2016:

Updated through online information from James R. Stettner.
The organ was removed by former organist Austin LeFevre in 2012. The Stake built a new building and installed an electronic substitute. The organ was slated for the dump. Mr. LeFevre rescued and removed it at his own expense and placed it in a purchased storage container. it was to have been installed in his home, but height restrictions have made this unrealistic. It is for sale.

This organ was advertised for sale in the Theatre Organ Home Page classifieds on December 19, 2015. Asking price is $5,000.00 obo. The ad states that it is an 18-rank instrument. If so, then the original Balcom and Vaughan was substantially enlarged. The ad states, "Complete with Power Box, Blower, wiring. Must be re-assembled. Was used in LDS Chapel - probably installed in the 1940's. Great condition. Was fully operational when I [Austin LeFevre] carefully removed it."
