Jim Stettner on August 10th, 2021:
According to the contract, the Marklove was already in the possession of Noack. It's original home is not known.

Zenas Savage on August 3rd, 2021:
John Panning: FREE, AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. Concordia Lutheran Church in Sioux City, Iowa is closing and its pipe organ must be removed immediately, as the building has been sold. The instrument was built by J.G. Marklove of Utica, N.Y. in 1889 and rebuilt by Fritz Noack c. 1964 as his Op. 26. The stoplist can be seen in the attached photo of the contract. The organ is available for free to any non-profit organization. I am not acting as an agent for the church and I've never seen the organ. Please contact Paula Hamp <pajeha@aol.com> for more details. Dobson is available to assist with the removal and reinstallation if necessary.

Database Manager on October 30th, 2004:
