Casework is influenced by the style of early Pennsylvania German organs, and is constructed of pine and poplar painted white. Hand-carved pipe shades and star for Zimbelstern are gilded with 22-karat gold leaf. Attached keydesk, pedalboard, and bench are of mahogany. 58-note manuals have bone naturals and rosewood accidentals. Drawknobs are rosewood with hand-engraved ivory faces.
The organ is on an annually renewable lease from the AGO, and in use for teaching and performance.
