Updated through online information from Rodney J. Weed. -- When I visited the Church on July 10, 2014 it was up for sale but still owned by the Holy Family Community and occasionally used be the parish school located next door. The organ had been removed back in 2007 and relocated to the new Church facility for Holy Family opened in the Fall of 2007. Three of the stained glass windows had also been relocated to the new Holy Family facility. I went up to the choir loft (rear Gallery) where the organ had been located and the remaining carpet in the gallery completly outlined on the floor where the organ case and console had been located. Apparently when the organ was installed in 1957 there was only a wood floor in the gallery and carpeting was added at some later date and was not placed under the organ case or console. The outline is very clear. The building is much smaller in square footage and volume than the new location at Holy Family and part of the reason the organ now in Holy Family sounds weak. This church was built in 1909 and used as the main church for the congregation for 98 years.
Rebuilt console for the existing organ. Identified by Rodney J. Weed, based on information learned from a conversation with Paul Thelen. -- This 1995 rebuild of this organ included adding a Peterson MIDI Resource System to the organ along with a 32 level memory, upgrade to the combination action, and transposer.
