This was a rebuild and tonal changes for an existing instrument; rebuilt as 3/33 in 1948 as Casavant Op. 1934; destroyed by fire April 20, 1963; merged with Zion Congregational in 1995 to become St. Andrew's United Church and the Brant Avenue church was eventually turned into apartments; St. Andrew's now has a 3-manual 1927 Casavant that was originally installed in First United Church, St.. Catherines, Ontario.
