The contract was for a new organ in the chancel, with the 1888 Woodstock connected to the Casavant as an Echo Organ; replaced in 1969 by 3/54 mechanical-action Casavant Op. 3045 that was installed in the rear gallery; Op. 1597 was dismantled for parts.
