Updated through online information from Sean Haley. -- The conversion to a solid state keying system and combination action was contracted to Marceau & Associates in 2001. At the time of the conversion all of the chests and mechanicals were rewired with modern cable. Much of the original pneumatic switching remains in place but with the new solid state equipment mounted in front of it. The console was rebuilt with new keyboards, stop actions, and pedal contacts. The only tonal change was the added treble extension of the Pedal 16' Posaune to play on the formerly reedless Great (Haupt.) as an 8' Trompete. The added pipes were made in the same style as the Aeolian-Skinner reeds and placed on a similarly constructed treble chest. The hooded Festival Trumpet, located in the rear Gallery division, was added as a floating stop in other places for flexibility, not requiring the coupling of the rest of the division. All of the console work and conversion was performed in-house by Marceau staff and not sub-contracted.

-- This was the conversion of the combination action to solid state - making the console movable, which was previously not possible with the pneumatically-operated components. A new smoke-colored etched-glass music rack with the Marceau name and logo replaced the original wooden music rack. The 8'/4' Trompette en Chamade (hooded, actually) formerly playable on the Hauptwerk but located in the rear gallery - were made playable as part of the gallery stops. A Pedal rank was extended upward to become a new 8' Trumpet on the Hauptwerk. And a 10-2/3' Quint stop was wired-in to the Pedal stoplist from an existing rank. The solid state conversion was reportedly actually sub-contracted to Frans W.M. Bosman of Mosier, Oregon.
