This entry describes an original installation of a new pipe organ. Identified by William Dunklin, using information from this web site: http://barton.theatreorgans.com/.
The theatre was built in 1911 as the Imperial Theatre. In 1913 it was sold and became the Moore's Garden Theatre. In 1922 it was again sold and extensively remodeled becoming the Central Theatre, part of Henry Crandall's chain. The building was torn down in 1973. Fate of the organ is unknown.
