Paul R. Marchesano on August 2nd, 2024:
University of Notre Dame’s Holtkamp practice organ, built in 1976, has had countless hours of practice on it over the years, and the keyboards had gotten very worn out. Our organ technician Randall Karstens spent the last two days replacing the old wooden keyboards with a brushed synthetic ivory substitute, replacing the stop tabs and the pedal key coverings. Here are some photos of the old and new! -- Kola Owolabi via Facebook, 2024-08-02

Database Manager on July 31st, 2015:
This entry describes the first installation of a new organ. Identified through information from HoltkampOrgan.com by John Igoe.
