Built for Wm. Belden res., New York City. Moved here and altered in 1890, 3-40 at cost of $15,000. Dedicated 5 Nov 1890 by Samuel Warren. Some refurbishing by Carey Organ Co. c. 1991. Hall is above Troy Savings Bank. Building recently (1997) owned by a recording company and used as a studio.
