Database Manager on November 1st, 2015:

An original installation. Identified by Paul Dessau, based on personal knowledge of the organ.

This organ is fully unified using 4 ranks to get 2 ft through 16 ft stops. It uses the flue ranks to get a synthetic oboe stop. It has a tremulant and chimes. The chimes are a recent replacment.
