Database Manager on December 20th, 2015:

This unusual parish serves the community of Sebring, Ohio, home to Copeland Oaks, a large full-range Methodist retirement community. The reverberant but intimate room called for this 7-rank organ to be gently voiced. The mild and smooth Oboe is an ideal first reed for such an instrument. The Mixture is drawn from the Quint 1 1/3' and the Octave 4'. It has one break and is remarkably effective. The organ is entirely under expression with the exception of the 8' Principal which is in facade. The swell box is set into the chamber space duplicating the effect of a case.
