In 1963, the Wicks Opus 3066 organ was rebuilt (by unknown builder) and relocated to the gallery of the new (present) church edifice at 200 West Anderson Lane, Austin, Texas.

This organ was rebuilt again in 1977 (by unknown builder) and later rebuilt by John T. Fort in 1985. Fort's work included additional pipes and the installation of a Casavant console. The organ was dedicated in 1987 as the Gethsemane Memorial Pipe Organ.
